Good/VG vintage condition with minor -to- moderate overall wear from normal use over the years but remains structurally rigid & strong and is fully functional. We are certainly NOT pedal car experts but this one looks to have replacement front wheels (rear wheels look like they might be original but we are unsure). Seat's leather backrest & high-bar design might be a custom replacement project, as we were unable to find a precedent with these features (all others found had low-backs and the backrests were all metal...but again, we are not experts and could be wrong and the leather backrest/high-back design could very well be original). Paint looks original or nearly just as old at the very least. All wheels roll smooth and freely. Outstanding, rich patina throughout. See pics.
Measures 39" long, bumper to bumper x 19-3/4" wide, wheel to wheel x 23-1/2" tall, to top of backrest. Weighs 26 lbs. 7.5 oz..
